SHIPPING, RETURNS AND REFUNDS

 

 

Shipping and Refund policy

Orders are shipped same day or within 24 hours, depending on the time the order is placed. Orders are not processed or shipped during the weekend or public holidays.

Orders are traditionally shipped Ground service, unless otherwise indicated during the check-out process. A tracking number will be provided within 24 hours via email and through your account online, where you can check the status of your shipment. 

Orders are shipped to the address provided at the time of the purchase, and will be delivered without signature requirement. Should a package be returned due to an invalid/undeliverable address, the seller reserves the right to collect a new shipping fee to ship the item again. If your package is damaged do not accept delivery.

We are not responsible for delivery delays caused for reasons we are not able to control, such as natural disasters, courier system issues, etc. 

*SPECIAL SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS OUTSIDE THE US and CANADA- All International/APO & FPO delivered orders must be emailed to us prior to placing your order online, since shipping and weight requirements vary. We will let you know via email how much your order will be. Please expect 1-6 Weeks for delivery, depending upon your choice of shipping. Most International orders will be shipped from our sister companies overseas.

Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return (see exceptions).

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, free of damages, marks, and in its original packaging (also undamaged). You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Not all products can be returned, such as dispensers/infusers, lighters, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
